Hardee’s announced a new partnership with America’s Catch, an American company located in the Mississippi Delta, to create and test a new Catfish Sandwich in four local Mississippi locations—including Batesville, Olive Branch, Senatobia, and Horn Lake.

America’s Catch has gained fame for its positive impact on the United States catfish market by producing the cleanest-eating, grain-fed, catfish fillets on the market, creating a more flavorful and higher-quality, premium fish—all created in its over 600 catfish ponds that are dutifully managed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Focusing on this same dedication to community, quality and driving local flavors in its menus, Hardee’s new Catfish Sandwich is coated in cornmeal breading harkening back to the “fish fry days” and topped with Duke’s Tartar Sauce – another southern staple.

The product, a potential Lent 2020 offering, is being tested for a limited time from March 20 through April 23 starting at $3.99, though pricing and participation may vary by location.

This is Hardee’s first partnership with a local vendor as it sets out to source more of our offerings from local communities.
