Head of Church's Menu R&D to Oversee Brand Strategy

Church’s Chicken announced the promotion of Jennifer Chasteen to senior director of brand and product strategy.

A consumer marketing thought leader with nearly 20 years of progressive client and agency experience, Chasteen joined Church’s in 2014 as director of new product development. In her new role, Chasteen will set the strategic vision for Church’s annual marketing calendar while providing oversight to the brand activation team. She will also continue to lead menu strategy, product innovation, and pricing architecture.

Chasteen is a magna cum laude graduate of the Cronkite School at Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Public Relations.

“Jenn has been instrumental in articulating a new culinary definition for the Church’s brand and her cross-functional leadership has been critical in the development of a robust new product pipeline,” says Adam Tabachnikoff, vice president of activation and product marketing. “I look forward to her continued contributions in her expanded role.”
