Health Express USA has hired design firm Zakaspace to design its newest Healthy Bites Grill, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The new location will serve as a model for future locations as the company carries out a national expansion of its concept.

The Healthy Bites Grill concept is designed to take advantage of two major consumer trends: the continuing growth of quick-serve sales, and Americans’ interest in nutrition and good health. The menu includes burgers, salads, pizza, sides, smoothies, and desserts, all with a natural focus, offered in a bright, convenient and comfortable fast-food atmosphere.

Zakaspace clients include the Chigaco Hilton Towers, Hard Rock Café, Houston’s, Hyatt Regency, Marriott, Michael Jordan’s Restaurants, and Piccadilly Cafeteria.
