Healthy Fast Casual PHresh KITCHEN to Open in February

PHresh KITCHEN announced that the company is set to open its first restaurant location in Orlando in February 2015, next to the University of Central Florida. PHresh KITCHEN is a fast-casual franchise restaurant concept that will offer menu items that are all organic, GMO-free, calorie controlled, and registered dietitian approved.

PHresh KITCHEN is attracting the attention of many well-known celebrities in the health, wellness, and fitness/sports industries. The company is endorsed by David Katz, MD, founding director of Yale University's Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center, and has three-time Olympic gold medalist and Olympic Hall of Fame member Rowdy Gaines as a spokesperson.

“Our unique restaurants will fill a void that exists for convenient and fast-service food that is both good tasting and good for you,” says Tim Murphy, PHresh KITCHEN founder and CEO. “PHresh Kitchen’s mission is to help people live longer, healthier lives by making healthy eating easier for everyone, no matter how busy they are.”

In addition to an all organic, GMO-free, calorie controlled, and largely plant-based menu, PHresh KITCHEN restaurants will offer several other features:

· All menu items are designed to follow American Heart Association guidelines for reduced fat, sodium, and calories, with many items designed for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan diets.

· Mobile iKitchens are modular, customizable, easily mobile, and eco-friendly. Food quality is assured by local hub and spoke commissary system.

· iKitchens are managed by innovative and proprietary Cloud Based Systems that control reporting, inventory tracking and ordering, as well as provide interactive nutrition and health education and connect guests to healthful activities in the community.
