Qdoba Mexican Grill announced that it will offer a new Kids Meal that provides kids nutritious meal options at all restaurants. In addition, as a holiday gift to parents, participating Qdoba restaurants are offering a “Kids Eat Free” weekend December 19 and 20 that includes one free Kids Meal for children age 12 or under with the purchase of a regular entrée.
Kids can choose from a Lil’ Chicken Naked Burrito (served in a bowl without a tortilla), Lil’ Chicken Quesadilla, or a single taco for approximately $3.99, plus tax; or a Lil’ Cheese Quesadilla or vegetarian Naked Burrito for approximately $3.39, plus tax. Each meal includes a choice of one side item (applesauce, beans, or handmade tortilla chips) and one beverage (100 percent juice, 1 percent milk, or a small fountain
drink). All of Qdoba’s Kids Meals are handmade in front of the guest and topped with personally selected ingredients, including one of five distinctive salsas.
“We found that parents who come to our restaurants want fresh and nutritious choices for their children,” says Gary Beisler, president and CEO of Qdoba. “And, we found that children are engaged in making healthier meal decisions when they can be creative and make their own choices.”
