honeygrow, known for its wholesome, freshly made-to-order stir-frys, salads, and honeybars, is now open at Old Keene Mill Shopping Center in Springfield, Virginia. Located at 8426 Old Keene Mill Rd, Springfield, VA 22152, the Philadelphia-based fast-casual restaurant is bringing its fresh and customizable food to its fifth location in the state.
honeygrow is welcomed alongside national brands such as Jersey Mike’s, Trader Joe’s, Mattress Warehouse, and Planet Fitness at the bustling Old Keene Mill Shopping Center. The Springfield location joins thriving Northern Virginia honeygrows in Fair Lakes, Reston, Alexandria, and Tyson’s Corner, with new locations in Fairfax and Falls Church coming later this year.
“We opened our first honeygrow in Virginia in 2018, and we’re thrilled to continue our expansion in the region,” says Justin Rosenberg, Founder and CEO of honeygrow. “The Springfield location marks a milestone for the brand as our fifth in the state, with two more on the way this year.”
honeygrow unveiled its spring LTOs earlier this week, a fan-favorite stir-fry and delicious honeybar. The fast-casual is cranking up the heat with the return of Serrano Chili Stir-fry with freshly made egg white noodles, tossed with roasted shrimp, bell peppers, red onions, snow peas, and broccoli, all coated in a fiery serrano chili sauce. Guests can indulge in something sweet with the Key Lime honeybar with a tangy Key Lime cheesecake filling, juicy strawberries and blueberries, and a graham cracker crumble. Topped with whipped cream, it’s the ultimate refreshing treat to pair with a savory stir-fry or salad.
honeygrow’s menu is completely customizable, allowing guests to create their dishes with a protein of choice, whether it be steak, chicken, shrimp, turkey meatballs, tofu, or egg, paired with nutritious, freshly made egg white noodles, protein-packed whole wheat noodles, gluten-free rice noodles, or a salad base of curly kale, romaine, or arugula. With a diverse selection of sauces, dressings, add-ins, and garnishes available, including an assortment of veggies, fruits, cheeses, chili crisp, and roasted garlic, every order is a culinary adventure. And for those with a sweet tooth, honeygrow offers its signature honeybar, a dish loaded with fresh fruit, various sweet toppings, and drizzled with one of three honeys to satisfy dessert cravings.
