Hopdoddy Burger Bar, nationally recognized burger and beer joint, welcomed Vice President of Food & Beverage, Mark Adair to its growing family. As the award-winning burger bar continues to expand its footprint, Adair will serve as a culinary innovator for the brand, rolling out seasonal specials while fostering relationships with purveyors to ensure quality products and damn good burgers.

Adair brings 30 years of culinary experience and food & beverage management. His long-standing and successful career in the hospitality industry includes executive leadership positions at Bonefish Grill and Flemings Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Additionally, Adair has served as the corporate chef at various luxury resorts in Hawaii, Colorado, California, Arizona.

Adair’s talent and experience in the culinary field has awarded him with prestigious nods like the Aguste Escoffier Award from the California Academy of Chefs while serving as Executive Chef at the Doubletree Hotel Pasadena’s Plaza de Las Fuentes and an AAA 5 Diamond Award while serving as Executive Chef at the Ihilani Resort and Spa in Hawaii.
