HyperActive Technologies, a technology company for the drive-thru restaurant industry, announced a record 57 percent growth in 2012 revenue.

Joe Porfeli, CEO, HyperActive Technologies, says the growth compared to 2011 came primarily because of inroads with new quick-service brands.

“It’s increasingly clear [quick serves] are seeking better performance out of their drive-thru and are looking more to HyperActive Technologies to provide them with the best tools on the market to achieve higher throughput and profitability,” he says. “In 2012, more [quick-service] brands turned to the HyperView Order Confirmation Display (OCD), as well as the newly launched HyperView PE, which provides the longest life of any OCD on the market and the lowest cost of ownership via Power over Ethernet technology.”

The company’s QTimer, a drive-thru management system, and the new DriveTime Cloud, a drive-thru timer that provides and stores data via cloud computing, also helped propel the company’s growth in 2012.

“The engineering experts at HyperActive Technologies are continuing to improve the way [quick serves] achieve greater efficiency,” Porfeli says. “Because our team is doing things other drive-thru solutions companies cannot do relative to boosting product uptime and performance, we are fast becoming the go-to technology solutions company for [quick serves] looking to increase profitability.”

HyperActive Technologies provides the industry’s leading warranty and an extended, multiyear advanced exchange program. Parts and replacement products are available within a few days of any identified issues.

Comprehensive product advancements are provided as part of an annual support and maintenance program. Leasing and special financing options are available for all of the company’s products.
