Shane’s Rib Shack, a Petrus Brands company, introduced new Garden-Fresh gourmet salads to its menu.
New Garden-Fresh Salads are made to order from fresh ingredients, including a mix of romaine and iceberg lettuce, vine-ripened grape tomatoes, hand-sliced cucumbers, a blend of shredded jack and cheddar cheeses, and onion crisps. Each salad is topped with the customer’s choice of grilled chicken tenders, fried chicken tenders (original or tossed in any Shane’s sauce), chopped pork, BBQ chicken, or chicken salad. In addition, each salad is served with a side of garlic toast with Shane’s special seasoning.
“We’re excited to introduce our new selection of Garden-Fresh Salads as a permanent addition to the Shane’s menu,” says Shane Thompson, founder and president of Shane’s Rib Shack. “The addition of these premium salads will provide our customers with more variety and new ways to enjoy our signature chopped pork and popular hand-breaded or grilled chicken tenders.”
