ILLES Foods, a nearly 100-year-old, family-owned and run, food manufacturing company, announces the appointment of the company’s CEO Cristin Illes to the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association (IFMA) board of directors.

This year, IFMA’s Board of Directors will play a pivotal role in the launch and implementation of a new strategic plan – “Level Up 2027” – which will ensure that the 70+-year-old organization continues to make a positive impact on manufacturers, distributors, operators, and our community in an ever-evolving landscape.

“I am extremely optimistic for the future of the food-away-from-home ecosystem and thrilled to join IFMA’s board of directors at such an exciting time for the Association and our industry,“ says Cristin Illes. “It’s an honor to be part of a value-led organization and I look forward to partnering with the Board to oversee and advance the important efforts underway.”

In addition to Cristin, these directors joined the board in January 2024: Reilly Berk, Chief Executive Officer at Berk Enterprises, Adam LeDonne, Senior Vice President Foodservice at Ventura Foods, Stephanie Luros-Gilbert, Executive Vice President at BSI, Nichole Montgomery, SVP & GM Foodservice, North America at Lamb Weston, and Bryan Smith, Vice President at P&G Professional.

Cristin Illes represents the fourth generation at ILLES Foods. Cristin received her undergraduate degree from Emory College and an MBA from Indiana University before officially joining the company in 2007. Since then, she has held a series of roles of ever-increasing responsibility, from Regional Sales Manager to Vice President of Administration, where she led the HR, Purchasing, Customer Service and IT Teams. In her CEO tenure, she has helped advance the company’s growth strategy, drive operational efficiency, and expand the business’ national presence.
