Nestled within the welcoming community of Farragut, TN, Island Fin Poké Co. is set to make a splash with the opening of their 27th franchise location. Renowned as America’s favorite poké restaurant, Island Fin Poké Co. announced its third Tennessee location, opening on November 6, bringing the authentic flavors of the islands to an even wider community of guests in Tennessee.

The new Island Fin Poké Co. restaurant is conveniently located at Turkey Creek, 11615 Parkside Dr, Farragut, TN 37934, ensuring easy accessibility for Farragut residents and neighboring communities to savor the finest poké bowls crafted from the freshest ingredients. Franchise owners, Kristi and Tab Burkhalter, cordially invite the community to experience the unique decor created by local artist, Kelly Mules, and enjoy a complimentary poké bowl during the grand opening event on Saturday, November 4, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“Come one, come all to our free bowl event…,” says Kristi. “It’s our way of saying ‘mahalo nui’ (thank you very much) to our enthusiastic and encouraging West Knox/Farragut Ohana. Guests will be able to create their own custom bowl, enjoy face painting and entertainment and see all the thoughtful details that went into the designs in our location highlighting our beautiful East Tennessee Ohana – all tying back into the islands of Hawaii. We can’t wait to welcome you all!”

Every Island Fin Poké Co. establishment embodies the brand’s unwavering commitment to excellence and its genuine passion for poké. Renowned for its Hawaiian-style poké bowls, Island Fin Poké Co. offers more than just a meal; it offers a lifestyle built on the values of family and community.

Mark Setterington, CEO and founder of Island Fin Poké Co., shared his excitement about opening the third location in the state of Tennessee, saying, “We all know that Tennessee is a dining hot-spot for every resident and tourist. We’re just happy that the community is embracing our poké combinations and flavors of the islands. Opening in Farragut is also the perfect addition for our brand because the residents are known to be actively engaged in a lot of community events and volunteer activities – which is very important to Island Fin. We can’t wait to expand in even more communities that love exciting, bold flavors.”

From curated music to only using the freshest ingredients, every Island Fin Poké Co. location offers a six sensory experience. This means each time a guest experiences a poké bowl at Island Fin, they are experiencing the IncrediBOWL, which is personally crafted to the guest’s liking. The brand offers chicken, tofu and spam protein options, aside from the traditional fish options of the freshest boat-to-bowl tuna, salmon, shrimp and octopus. In addition to their fresh protein options, Island Fin also offers a wide variety of delicious seasonal Dole Soft Serve® flavors – having something for everyone.

Perhaps one of the most extraordinary and unique features at every Island Fin is the absence of trash cans and dining trays in the dining room. Unlike all other fast-casual and fast-food restaurants, the team members will serve each guest their food and clear the empty dishes and trash at the end of every meal – making the guest’s experience truly memorable. Additionally, Island Fin offers a wide variety of choices and preferences that allows guests to create endless combinations of gluten-free poké bowls.

Island Fin’s dedication to excellence extends beyond the food. The brand fosters a sense of community and togetherness, ensuring that each visit is a memorable experience. The Farragut, TN location will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., offering a convenient dining option for lunch, dinner or takeout. For added convenience, the restaurant also provides online ordering through the Island Fin Poké Co. app.
