Now available until March 31 and until supplies last, this spicy chicken bowl is crafted with fresh ingredients and the perfect kick of heat.

Every bowl created offers a unique flavor combination, ensuring there is an option for every member of the Ohana, or family. “We’re so excited to heat things up with our new bowl at Island Fin,” says CEO and founder of Island Fin Poké Co., Mark Setterington. “This bowl was created to pay a little tribute to our three Tennessee locations and it’s our take on the classic Nashville Hot Chicken that everyone knows and loves. This bowl will have our guests craving more.”
Available for $14, the Nashville Hot Chicken Bowl starts off with a choice between white or brown rice or spring mix for a base. Then, the brand heats things up by using Frank’s RedHot Nashville Hot Seasoning to thoroughly season the chicken. After seasoning the protein, the bowl is crafted by combining jalapeños, Island Fin Fire sauce, spicy pickled veggies and corn, drizzled with Sriracha and topped with sesame seeds – bringing the heat front and center.
Island Fin Poké Co. is confident that this limited-time menu item will not only elevate the dining experience for its Ohana but also solidify its commitment to providing a diverse range of choices for its guests. This special menu item will be the first of many in 2024 for the brand.
Setterington added, “Throughout the year, we plan on creating several different limited-time offer bowls for our guests to enjoy! These bowls will be all different flavors and encompass a variety of new flavor combinations. The limited-time bowls are designed to pay tribute to many classics and favorite dishes that are known and loved across America!”
The brand also offers tofu and spam protein options, aside from the traditional fish options of the freshest boat-to-bowl tuna, salmon, shrimp and octopus. Island Fin’s menu is almost entirely gluten-free, making each poké bowl customizable to the guest’s preferences.
