Spoleto – My Italian Kitchen will open its new Winter Park, Florida, location on  June 4. The new Spoleto, located at 349 N. Orlando Ave., is the third one in the Orlando area

The concept is simple: give guests the culinary freedom to choose from more than 30 farm-fresh and house-prepared ingredients, herbs, dressings, and oils to create a custom pasta, flatbread, or salad the way they want it. Chefs are at the ready to prepare guests' custom creations or choose one of Spoleto's chef-inspired recipes, including the Spaghetti Polpette Grande (Giant Meatball); Focaccia Di Verdure flatbread; Burrata and Prosciutto Caprese flatbread; or a Fig, Prosciutto, and Burrata Salad.

The new Winter Park location, which adds outdoor patio seating and a new Wineemotion wine dispensing system, will be the standard for all future locations as the company expands.

That expansion is coming quickly. Spoleto plans to start construction on a Windermere location in the next few weeks and will open its first California location in the fall at UC Irvine.

Spoleto, which has more than 380 locations in Brazil, Mexico, and Costa Rica, opened its first U.S. location near the UCF campus in April 2015 and hasn't looked back.
