Jack in the Box Inc. has named Eric Tunquist and Lenny Comma as vice presidents of operations.

As vice president of operations for Division I, Tunquist oversees the day-to-day operation of 670 company-owned Jack in the Box restaurants in Texas, St. Louis, and throughout the Southeast. Since joining the company in 1999 as an area coach, Tunquist has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including manager of convenience store and fuel operations, regional vice president for Southern California, and most recently, division vice president of guest service systems. Tunquist has a master’s degree in executive leadership from the University of San Diego and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.

As vice president of operations for Division II, Comma oversees the day-to-day operation of 795 company-owned Jack in the Box restaurants in Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington, as well as the company’s proprietary chain of convenience stores called Quick Stuff, which has 57 locations. Comma joined the company in 2001 as division vice president of convenience store and fuel operations and most recently served as regional vice president for Southern California. Comma has an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
