Jake’s Wayback Burgers, with more than 70 locations, announced that starting Monday, September 2, through Saturday, September 14, it will host its Triple Triple Burger Eating Contest on Facebook and Instagram.
In conjunction, on Saturday, September 14, Jake’s Wayback Burgers will host its sixth National Hamburger Eating Contest nationwide.
The Triple Triple Burger is Jake’s Wayback Burgers novelty menu item, a nine-patty burger with nine slices of American cheese, topped with lettuce and tomato.
In addition, the Triple Triple Burger Eating Contest on Facebook and Instagram will be based and voted on the most creative video from a contestant. The contestant must come into any Jake’s Wayback Burgers nationwide, order a Triple Triple Burger, capture themselves eating the Triple Triple Burger in the most creative way possible, and upload to Instagram and to the Jake’s Wayback Burgers Facebook Contest page with the tags #TripleTripleContest and #WaybackBurgers.
The winner with the most votes will win a MacBook Air. Jake's Franchising partnered with tech company Engage121 to facilitate the Facebook and Instagram integration, as well as create the platforms for the promotion.
On Saturday, September 14, Jake’s Wayback Burgers will host its National Hamburger Eating Contest all day, in which the contestant has to eat the Triple Triple in the fastest time. The winner of the fastest time nationwide will win $3,330.00.
Both winners will be announced on Jake’s Wayback Burgers social media platforms on Wednesday, September 18, which is National Cheeseburger Day.
