Local entrepreneurs Emmy and Don Marquess and Mary and John Speaker, principals of The Speaquess Group LLC, recently opened their first Jamba Juice store in Lexington, Kentucky.

This launched Jamba into its 26th state.

“I have been associated with Don Marquess for over 20 years and he is an exceptional business manager. This store represents the first of seven Jamba stores he and his partners at the Speaquess Group plan to open over the next six years.”

Jamba offers a portfolio of menu offerings that are made from quality ingredients and contain 0g trans fat, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial flavors, and no artificial preservatives.

The Lexington Jamba Juice store will also serve fresh squeezed orange and carrot juices, wheatgrass, hot blended beverages, Jamba’s delicious slow-cooked oatmeal made with organic steel cut oats, and a variety of tasty baked goods and snacks which go great as a snack between meals especially when paired with a Jamba beverage.

This is the first Jamba Juice store for local Lexington entrepreneurs and franchisees, Emmy and Don Marquess and Mary and John Speaker.

The team plans to open a second store at the Fayette Mall in the spring and has plans to open a minimum of seven Jamba Juice stores not only in Kentucky, but also Southern Indiana and Southern Ohio.
