Jamba, Inc., a leading lifestyle brand whose mission is to inspire and simplify healthy living, today announced its national partnership with Folds of Honor, a national non-profit committed to supporting the education of children and spouses of veterans killed or disabled while serving our nation.
Today through July 4, participating Jamba stores will sell signature tumblers to raise funds for educational scholarships in support of Folds of Honor’s mission. Two dollars from each tumbler purchased will benefit Folds of Honor, with the goal of raising at least $50,000 to assist in sending 10 or more students to college who share in Jamba’s mission of inspiring a healthier world. The custom Jamba tumblers were designed by past Folds of Honor scholarship recipients.
“Serving our communities, inspiring healthy living, and supporting education has been at the core of the Jamba brand since our beginning,” says Dave Pace, CEO of Jamba Juice. “We’re humbled to partner with Folds of Honor this summer to support families of those that have sacrificed for our country.”
Anyone is able to make an additional impact by sharing their salute to service members and their families using #JambaSalute on social media. For each #JambaSalute post June 27-July 4, Jamba will donate $2 to Folds of Honor, up to an additional $10,000 donation.
“Jamba has accepted our mission as their own and has made a commitment to generously assist in supporting the future of children of fallen and disabled service members,” says Major Dan Rooney, CEO and founder of Folds of Honor. “We are proud to partner with Jamba and look forward to fulfilling our mission and providing scholarships to deserving families.”
