These two hires cap a great year for senior management recruitment at Jamba, which began with the hiring of Paul Clayton, the former Burger King North America president, who joined the company as its president & chief executive officer in February of last year.
The position Miolla fills is a new one dedicated to building the Jamba business and facilitating the company's national and international expansion through select franchising, licensing and joint-venture growth vehicles. As former Western Region VP for Burger King responsible for 1,700 units, Miolla is uniquely qualified to help Jamba plot a course to grow through non-company store channels.

A highly respected figure in the San Francisco Bay Area and the financial community, O'Neill was formerly the executive vice president and CFO for Color Spot Nurseries, one of the largest of such operations in the country.
