Mama Fu’s Asian House, an Austin, Texas-based fast-casual restaurant owned and operated by Murphy Adams Restaurant Group, announced it has welcomed three new members to its team, including Chief Marketing Officer Jamie Cohen, Director of Delivery and Guest Logistics Hemesh Patel and Digital Marketing Manager Erika Lingonblad.

With more than 30 years of experience working in the restaurant industry, 24 of those years being with Jason’s Deli, Cohen has deep experience in all facets of marketing, sales and branding. Cohen will be fundamental in the development and launch of many Murphy Adams Restaurant Group initiatives including new store designs, menu items, product launches and more.

Patel’s analytical and data-driven mindset provide insight on how to meet goals for special projects regarding operating efficiency and growth as Director of Delivery and Guest Logistics at Mama Fu’s. Patel’s prior experience as an Area Manager of Instacart ensures his ability to execute flawless delivery service to customers as well as lead and manage a team. 

Lingonblad is an experienced digital content developer with a history of working in the sports, entertainment and broadcast industry with companies such as Spurs Sports & Entertainment, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and Cox Media group. At Murphy Adams Restaurant Group, Lingonblad is responsible for developing and implementing brand awareness within the digital space through platforms such as social media, email and websites.
