Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants nationwide are joining forces with 74 different local charities to make a difference in children’s lives as part of the company’s 2nd Annual March “Month of Giving” fundraising campaign.
Charity partners–all with a mission to help children–include children’s hospitals, youth organizations, food banks, and more. The inaugural Month of Giving campaign last year raised more than $600,000 for 66 charities nationwide, and the hope is this year’s campaign will raise even more.
During the month of March, customers can make a donation at any Jersey Mike’s restaurant. The campaign will culminate in a nationwide event, Jersey Mike’s “Make A Difference Day,” on Wednesday, March 28.
On that day, residents nationwide are invited to come into a local Jersey Mike’s restaurant and enjoy a delicious sub meal. In some markets, those making a minimum $2 contribution to the selected local charity will receive a free regular sized sub and, in others, 50 percent of the day’s sales will go to the charity.

In total last year, Jersey Mike’s locations throughout the country raised more than $2 million for worthy local charities and distributed more than 200,000 free sub sandwiches to help numerous causes.
