This Veterans Day weekend, from November 9 through 11, Jersey Mike’s Subs, will thank customers who come in and make a donation to Wreath Across America (WAA) by presenting them with a free cookie from David’s Cookies.

Since October 1, all Jersey Mike's stores throughout the nation having been collecting donations for the nonprofit organization, which lays hundreds of thousands of remembrance wreaths at the headstones of the nation's veterans during the holiday season. To date, the campaign has already raised nearly $100,000 through in-store donations and a matching Jersey Mike’s Social “Giving Menu” initiative. The final day of the campaign is November 11. 

Jersey Mike’s social “Giving Menu,” is a takeoff on popular dollar menus and encourages fans and followers to share the WAA story via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Jersey Mike’s is donating $1 for each social action made, up to $25,000. Customers can tweet #givingmenu, upload a photo and tag it #givingmenu, share or tweet the giving menu, or follow social media pages to receive the match.
