Jimmy John’s, one of America’s fastest-growing sandwich companies, is continuing to add some of the most iconic sandwiches in the world to its menu, with a twist, by introducing the Jimmy Cubano and the Spicy East Coast Italian across the country today.

The Jimmy Cubano revamps a Florida staple by combining all-natural bacon and smoked ham, provolone cheese, pickles, mayo and Dijon on fresh-baked bread. The Spicy East Coast elevates the classic Italian by doubling the layers of all-natural genoa salami and capicola and hand-sliced provolone, and topping them with Jimmy’s hot cherry peppers and mayo, along with fresh-sliced onions, lettuce, and tomatoes.

“We’re always looking to take the best of the sandwich world and give it a Jimmy twist for our customers,” says Chief Marketing Officer, John Shea. “We’re excited to bring a little more culture and a lot more flavor to our menu with these two classics.”

Both sandwiches will be available at all Jimmy John’s locations as permanent menu items, and follow the launch of the limited-time-only “Frenchie” in April—a sandwich inspired by the cafes and boulangeries of France, which combines all-natural salami and capicola with hand-sliced provolone and salted butter in a fresh-baked French baguette.

Jimmy John’s has been creating fast and fresh sandwiches since opening its first restaurant in 1983 and continues to do so in more than 2,800 locations across 43 states.
