Johnny Rockets, the all-American global restaurant chain, appointed Crystal Wells to director of franchise sales. In this role, Wells will manage the overall lead generation and qualification process related to Johnny Rockets domestic franchise growth strategy. With the promotion of Wells, Johnny Rockets’ franchise sales and development team, led by James Walker, increases its presence in order to meet the domestic growth needs for the brand.

“With Johnny Rockets’ continued global growth over the past year, the brand has seen increased franchise interest throughout the U.S., including new markets and unique venues, such as outlet malls, shopping centers, and airports,” says James Walker, president of global operations and franchise development.  “With this amplified interest, we have increased Crystal’s responsibilities in order to meet all the needs of current and prospective domestic franchisees. Crystal’s work ethic, relationship with franchisees and overall understanding of the development process makes her an ideal fit for the director role.” 

No stranger to the brand, Crystal Wells becomes director of franchise sales after nearly eight years at Johnny Rockets in several positions, most recently as its manager of franchise development. In her newly appointed position, Wells is responsible for expanding and maximizing the Johnny Rockets brand by managing and overseeing the franchisee sales and development process. Through her role, Wells will develop strategies to achieve overall sales goals, as well as enhance the franchise development experience for Johnny Rockets’ U.S. franchisees.
