Juice It Up!, a leader in the raw juice bar and hand-crafted smoothie segment, will open its first Oregon location in the Tanasbourne Shops in Hillsboro. This will be the first of three locations that Brooklynn Lorenzen, president of Oregon-based Juice 55 LLC, will open in the Portland area.

“I’m super excited to be the first franchisee to bring Juice It Up! to Oregon, and I’m confident consumers will fall in love with our raw juices and smoothies just as I did,” Lorenzen says. “As a mom and wife, business woman, and athlete, I’m extremely passionate about providing my family with healthy, on-the-go meal options; and I’m proud to be able to contribute something positive to my community.”

Menu items include blended-to-order real fruit and vegetable smoothies in a larger variety of flavor combinations, fresh-squeezed functional raw juices designed with health benefits like energy and detoxification and nutrient-rich bowls loaded with super fruits açaí and pitaya, then topped with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey. All Juice It Up! products are created with equal focus on flavor and formulated to meet the nutritional wants and needs of guests at every level of health.

In 2014, Juice It Up! was recognized by Franchise Times among the top-performing franchises in the Next 300 list, which acknowledged major players in the industry who are committed to product innovation and elevating the guest experience.

“Juice It Up! is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, and we are proud to partner with passionate franchisees like Brooklynn during this very exciting time,” says Carol DeNembo, vice president of marketing for Juice It Up! “Brooklynn is wholly committed to the brand’s mission to support our guest’s active lifestyles and, as a longtime resident and valued member of the Hillsboro community, we know she is the perfect partner for our entry into Oregon.
