    JUST Egg Partners with Next Level Burger to Create ‘Brekky Burger’

    JUST, a company that applies cutting-edge science and technology to create healthier, more sustainable foods, announced today that it has partnered with Next Level Burger, America’s first 100 percent plant-based burger joint.

    The delicious, protein-packed JUST Egg is now on the menu at all locations in in California, New York, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. JUST’s flavorful, filling patty is featured in the new “Brekky Burger” and is paired with vegan sausage, two slices of vegan bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo on a sprouted seven grain bun.

    Crafted by Michelin-starred chefs, JUST Egg is made from the 4,400-year-old mung bean and the baked patty version used by Next Level Burger has more protein than conventional chicken eggs. JUST Egg is free of cholesterol, saturated fat and artificial flavoring and its ingredients require less water and emit fewer carbon emissions than chicken eggs.

    JUST Egg has won praise from notable chefs and culinarians and was among Fast Company’s “World Changing Ideas,” Popular Science’s “100 Greatest Innovations of 2018” and TIME’s “10 Smartest Sustainable Products of the Year.” JUST Egg (12 oz. liquid) is rolling out to retailers in the United States and select international markets and restaurants and foodservice operators can choose from both liquid and patty options.
