Backed by Conscious Hospitality Group, Just Poké also revealed its visionary plans for 2024 including a menu refresh that introduces newly created, chef-inspired proteins, mix-ins, sauces, and toppings, further elevating the brand’s distinctiveness in the competitive culinary landscape. The revamped menu retains customer favorites while launching surprising and exciting options for devoted patrons.

The brand’s first collaboration features a partnership with the Seattle Kraken, officially launching the Kraken Bento with rotating chef-inspired quarterly specials, including signature poké, crispy Kraken rice and sides.
