    Just Salad Creates Healthy Harvest Salad in Honor of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month

    A bowl of Romaine & Kale is topped with Roasted Turkey, Dried Cranberries, Organic Quinoa, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds and Goat Cheese and dressed with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

    In honor of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, Just Salad created the Healthy Harvest Salad. They’ll be donating 10 percent of all proceeds from this seasonal menu item to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, so you can eat well + do good all in one bite.

Available throughout the month of November, the Healthy Harvest Salad is a nutritious take on Thanksgiving dinner and does a small part to PanCAN’s fight against pancreatic cancer.
