Just Salad has appointed Stefan Boyd as its Chief Financial Officer.

Formerly the Chief Executive Officer at Noon Mediterranean, Chief Financial Officer at Le Pain Quotidien, and Investment Banking Associate at J.P. Morgan, Boyd brings over 10 years of experience in restaurant finance and investment banking.

In his role at Just Salad, Boyd will help grow the company’s store footprint in both new and existing markets, support the expansion of its award-winning sustainability efforts, and further its commitment to making healthy food accessible to everyone.

“Stefan will be an important contributor to our continued growth and expansion and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have him on board,” says Nick Kenner, Just Salad founder and CEO. “Under Stefan’s leadership, we will continue to execute on our mission to serve healthy, affordable, and sustainable food to more guests than ever before.”

“Just Salad has seen explosive growth over the past couple of years, and I look forward to building on their momentum,” Boyd says. “Consumer demand for healthy, sustainable dining options is growing by the day, and we plan to deliver on that better than anyone else.”

In 2019, Just Salad expanded within its existing markets of New York City and Chicago and opened its first-ever Florida and North Carolina locations. Just Salad is the home of the reusable bowl, the World’s Largest Restaurant Reusable Program and a recipient of the EPA’s WasteWise award. The company announced its Green Standard sustainability initiative earlier this year, which lays out a “zero waste” vision by 2022.
