Following successful openings of Just Salad in Raleigh and Charlotte last year, Raleigh-based Cattell Street Brands announced its third North Carolina location in Chapel Hill at Village Plaza. Just Salad is New York City’s favorite healthy food destination that cultivates healthier lifestyles by serving fresh, delicious and affordable nutritious food prepared from scratch daily with quick made to order service.
To kick off the official grand opening on Saturday, September 19, Just Salad will offer 50 percent off all orders placed in-restaurant and the first 100 people to visit will receive a Just Salad reusable tote and swag. Additionally, from September 20 through September 26, guests ordering pick-up for the first time through the website will receive 50 percent off their order when using code CHAPELHILL50. Menu highlights include the barbacoa market bowl, seared ahi tuna salad, avo blast toast and plant-based smoothies.

As Just Salad opens its doors, safety and health for guests and employees remain top priority, and strict protocols are in place to follow all recommendations from the CDC and the NC Department of Health and Human Services. From reconfiguring store layouts for more efficient traffic flow and minimization of communal touchpoints, to reimagining the in-store experience with hand sanitizer stations and contactless payment/delivery—every detail was carefully considered so that all guests and teammates feel comfortable and safe. Indoor dining will be open at 30% capacity, and guests are also invited to dine on the outdoor patio.
