Just Salad has teamed up with Barcelona-style tapas bar, Boqueria, to create a new limited-time-only menu item: The Catalan. The salad is available online only for delivery or pickup at all Just Salad locations now until October 23, and can be ordered at orderjustsalad.com or on the Just Salad app. Ten percent of all Catalan sales will be donated to RAICES, the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services, which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency that promotes justice by providing free and low-cost legal services to underserved immigrant children, families and refugees.
The new Spanish-inspired salad features a kale and red cabbage base with broccoli and cauliflower rice, topped with antibiotic-free grilled chicken, roasted almonds, dried cranberries, and Just Salad’s newest ingredient, Manchego cheese, paired with a fall-style maple cider vinaigrette.

The collaboration to create The Catalan comes on the heels of Just Salad announcing its Climatarian Menu and carbon footprint labeling for all its menu items, as the company continues its sustainability efforts toward both human and planetary health. Just Salad initiated a number of efforts to support its community and employees amid the COVID-19 pandemic including donating 10,000 meals per week and over $1M dollars worth of food to Mount Sinai hospitals.
