King and Prince Seafood Product Chosen as Finalist

King and Prince Seafood is pleased to announce that Sushi Bob has been selected as a finalist in the International Boston Seafood Show’s (IBSS) excellence award in the foodservice category. The Seafood Excellence Awards and Seafood Prix d’Elite are organized by Diversified Business Communications of Portland, Maine, which also runs the European Seafood Exposition, International Boston Seafood Show, and Asian Seafood Exposition, and publishes SeaFood Business magazine.

Sushi Bob is an innovative line of sushi kits targeted toward non-commercial and college and university operators. The product launched in September 2012 and won Seafood International’s “Best New Product of 2012” award. 
The winners will be announced during IBSS at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center on Sunday, March 10, 2013. Last year’s winners were Dish Hospitality’s Oriental Shrimp Nest in the foodservice category and WildWaters Gravadlax Limoncello from Grieg Seafood Hjaltland in the retail category.
