Knoxville Area Secures Three Saladworks

Saladworks announced an agreement with a multi-unit developer for three locations in the Knoxville/ Knox County, Tennessee, area. The first Saladworks location in this market is slated to open at the end of the year.

New Saladworks franchisees, Kevin and Alana Marsh, are seasoned franchisees that chose Saladworks as their first foray into the restaurant business.

“We selected Saladworks because it is both profitable and sustainable,” says Kevin Marsh. “Saladworks is a great business opportunity that lets us bring jobs, develop our community, and ultimately provide a place where consumers can go for a fresh, healthy meal.”

The Knoxville agreement is another multi-unit deal signed in the first quarter, following an agreement for eight stores in Orange County, California.

“It was a real pleasure to tour Tennessee and meet with so many friendly, gracious people in the Knox County area during our recent real estate tour,” says founder and CEO John Scardapane. “Saladworks is thrilled about our expansion and we look forward to introducing America’s Best Salads to the people of Tennessee.”
