Krispy Kreme Doughnuts’ Lemon Glaze Doughnut—selected by fans as an all-new glaze flavor—will make its debut April 23 and be available for one week only through Sunday, April 29 at participating Krispy Kreme shops across the United States and Canada.

In January, America dreamed, debated and decided on lemon over three others as the all-new Glaze Doughnut flavor for the brand’s iconic Original Glazed Doughnut through the #VoteForGlaze campaign, which attracted nearly two million votes.

Krispy Kreme’s culinary innovation team spent months perfecting the new lemon glaze, which balances the freshness of real lemon, the brightness of citrus and the sweetness of Krispy Kreme’s iconic Original Glazed Doughnut.

“The bar doesn’t get any higher than our Original Glazed Doughnut.
