Krystal's New Combo Meals are Sweet and Spicy

Krystal Restaurants, the Southern fast food restaurant chain known for its hot, small, square Krystal burgers, has introduced two new combo meals to the menu.

For Krystal lovers with a sweet tooth, ordering three Krystals, fries, and a drink now comes with the Strawberry Shortcake dessert, which was just introduced to the menu last summer.

And sports fans can enjoy the Tailgater Combo that includes 12 Krystals, 20 wings, two fries, and two drinks.

“We are giving our Krystal lovers new menu combinations to choose from while maintaining the same great taste of the original burger,” says Brad Wahl, vice president of marketing for the Krystal Company. “Whether you are craving something sweet or spicy, there is something for everyone.”

The new combo options come just in time for Super Bowl season, and will only be around for a limited time.

Launched in 2011 as an expansion to the dessert menu, the Strawberry Shortcake dessert is prepared in-house daily and features rich, flavorful strawberries, moist pound cake, and whipped cream in an easily portable container.

The Krystal Company’s fresh, hot, small, square burgers now have combos to satisfy everyone – whether it’s your sweet tooth with a Strawberry Shortcake dessert or your spicy craving with Krystal Gametime Wings.
