Arcos Dorados, which operates more than 2,100 McDonald’s restaurants in Latin America and the Caribbean, announced that it has been selected as the fifth best place to work in Latin America.
The 2015 ranking by the Great Place to Work Institute placed Arcos Dorados in the top five multinationals operating in the region for a second consecutive year. The institute selects companies that stand out for creating a consistent, high-trust workplace culture across national borders. Companies appearing on the list have been recognized as great workplaces in at least three countries.
“Arcos Dorados is excited to be selected again as one of the top five places to work in Latin America. This is an honor that we share with the thousands of employees who work in our McDonald’s restaurants across the region and strive to provide the very best experience to our customers,” says Woods Staton, chairman and CEO of Arcos Dorados.
McDonald’s first ranked in a Great Place to Work listing for Latin America in 1997. This year’s results were based on surveys of more than 1.25 million employees throughout the region.
