The inventive off-the-grid food truck caterer provides patrons with a four-course prix fixe menu, paired with artisanal beers and wines, starting at $70 per person.
The menu is handcrafted to artfully incorporate fresh, seasonal ingredients into dishes like the spice-rubbed petit filet served over a panko breaded sour cream and chive potato fritter that is then topped with le truc's famous sauce bleu and garnished with local micro greens. There is no other experience like it in the Bay Area.

“It was such a unique and cool experience to have dinner inside a bus and have a private party where someone was able to explain each course and wine pairing. The entrees were to die for. Executive Chef Jessie was amazing and made the dinner so much fun – he should be on Top Chef!”
