Villa Enterprises Management Ltd. recently appointed Christopher Fox as the company’s vice president of international business development and Paula Doyle as vice president of marketing.
With more than 20 years of international restaurant growth and expansion experience, Fox joins Villa Enterprises Management’s executive team where he will oversee the company’s expansion into new territories providing his deep systems and operations skills to source new developers and franchisees. A noted industry expert, Fox has concentrated in markets including Canada, the United Kingdom, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, North Africa, and the Middle East.
Since moving to the United States in 2005, Fox has served as the director of business development internationally for Carlson Restaurants Worldwide Inc., the parent company of TGI Friday’s Inc., and The Hospitality Development Group Global.
Fox received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Business Studies from Westminster University in London.
A marketing professional with more than two decades of experience, Doyle joins Villa Enterprises Management’s senior executive team as leader for all marketing strategy and branding initiatives including overseeing the brand’s voice and tactical execution of its quick-service restaurants as well as its full-service restaurant offerings.
Doyle most recently served as vice president of marketing for Bruegger’s Enterprises and led the development and execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, Doyle was a group account director at Euro RSCG where she oversaw strategic development and the production of marketing communications for a variety of clients.
Before her tenure with Euro RSCG, Doyle held advertising stints with Taco Bell Corp. and KFC Corporation. Doyle earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
