LIME Fresh Mexican Grill, the South-Florida-born fast-casual Mexican restaurant concept, is pleased to announce it is officially open in Midtown Miami and will be throwing an official Grand Opening fiesta to celebrate on November 27, 2018. The restaurant is returning to the Miami scene with Bigger, Better & Queso-ier offerings that the neighborhood will surely ‘taco about’.  Located just blocks from its former location, LIME Midtown will open its doors at the Midtown Five building at 3275 NE 1st Avenue, conveniently located next to Pasion del Cielo coffee shop.

LIME Midtown comes on the heels of its South Beach location opening, and marks the tenth restaurant in South Florida for the growing chain. Additional locations include South Beach, Downtown Dadeland, West Kendall, Doral, Palm Beach Gardens, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, West Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. The company also plans to open a North Miami location this summer.

“Our amazing fans and customers have been asking for a Midtown Miami location and we couldn’t be more excited to open and tell the neighborhood LIME is back,” says Grant Gussin, the owner-operator of LIME Fresh restaurants in Miami Dade. “It’s the fresh LIME food and flavor Miami loves in an even bigger and better location. We are happy to be back!”

To celebrate, the restaurant will host an official grand opening event on November 27th, with numerous LIME-themed festivities to announce its Bigger, Better & Queso-ier return.  Some of the ‘nacho ordinary’ activities and events taking place include free food and drinks, an instagram-worthy Queso fountain, and a “Free LIME Tacos for a Year” contest. The lucky person who guesses the correct number of limes piled outside the new location will win tacos for a year! To enter, follow @limefreshmexicangrill on Instagram and comment on the picture with your guess. Winner will be announced at the grand opening party on November 27.

As for the menu, the Midtown restaurant will include fan-favorites like guacamole, infamous (and addictive) queso dip, nachos, tacos, burritos, salads, soups and LIME’s award-winning margaritas, as well as new items like the power bowls, and beef, black bean or chipotle chickentostadas. All of these favorites can be topped with any one of their signature fresh salsas from the LIME Salsa Bar, which offers a variety of homemade options, prepared daily, and an extensive selection of unique bottled hot sauces.

The LIME menu continues to offer Mexican-inspired dishes made with only quality ingredients, including non-GMO beans, all-white-meat chicken and fresh produce. Ingredients are sourced daily from local vendors and prepared without the use of microwaves or freezers.

The Midtown location will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m.—10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. —11 p.m.
