Aurify Brands, the New York–based hospitality company and developer of original, fast-casual concepts, is excited to announce the latest expansion of The Little Beet. On Wednesday, May 11, the healthful, ingredient-driven restaurant will open its fourth Manhattan location in the NoMad neighborhood at 1140 Broadway between 26th and 27th Streets.
The seasonal protein and vegetable driven menu features favorites such as the “Create Your Own Plate,”($11.50–$14) where diners select from proteins like grilled Coleman Farms chicken, Creekstone Farms steak, Northern Harvest salmon, or organic tofu, and add various vegetable and whole grain sides, which include Roasted Sweet Potatoes with smoked sea salt, Pecorino, and extra-virgin olive oil; quinoa with beets, arugula, mint, and dill; and Southwest puffed millet with tomato, avocado, onion, garlic, and jalapeño; among several others.
“Rolls & Bowls” ($9.75–$12.50) are also available in-store including the Salmon Poké, Chipotle Chicken, and Tofu & Mushroom Rolls, all of which are rolled-up in nori, sushi burrito style, with avocado, scallions, seaweed slaw, and sesame seeds. Bowls include Salmon or Mushroom Poké with, avocado, seaweed slaw, watermelon radish, and pickled ginger served over brown sushi rice; and the namesake The Little Beet Bowl with beets, quinoa, arugula, goat cheese, and chicken with sherry-shallot dressing.
In addition to lunch, The Little Beet NoMad will also open for breakfast ($5–$8) serving Quinoa Oatmeal with chai spice and skim milk, served hot; Raw Oatmeal with organic rolled oats with puréed dates, maple, cinnamon, and nutmeg, served cold; and a selection of egg sandwiches. As with other locations, The Little Beet is 100 percent gluten free.
