Little Greek Restaurant continues its growth and expansion in the Tampa Bay, Florida, area. At the end of September, Little Greek will open in Lithia Crossing in Valrico, Florida. With its strategic growth, Little Greek is reaching markets with an appetite for its popular menu, including, Greek salad, gyros, chicken souvlaki, spanakopita, and dolmades.

President of Little Greek, Nick Vojnovic, and founder, Sigrid Bratic, formed a partnership in April of 2011 with the goal of expanding their franchise throughout the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Currently there are 13 locations in the Tampa Bay area—Valrico will increase that number to 14. With a well-researched plan for strategic growth, Little Greek sets itself apart from others in the industry.

“This is an exciting time for Little Greek, and for everyone who is involved, including the communities we are expanding to,” Vojnovic says.

The most recent opening of Little Greek supports this statement in Trinity, off State Road 54 and Little Road.

“Based in Tampa, Little Greek is a unique, affordable, and accessible concept. We are looking at markets that will be a perfect fit for Little Greek and it was an easy decision to choose the Brandon, Orlando, and Colleyville area for our upcoming expansions,” Vojnovic says. “We are looking forward to entering these new markets and starting the next phase of our franchise growth. We feel grateful for the opportunity.”
