Tampa, Florida-based Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, has named Bryan StGeorge vice president of operations and development.
“We are lucky to have Bryan on our team,” says Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek Fresh Grill president. “He brings extensive restaurant experience to our table.”
According to Vojnovic, StGeorge, a Florida native, will help further the growth of the company. Little Greek Fresh Grill is scheduled to open locations this fall in Addison, Texas, Atlanta, Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch, Florida, and Lakeland, Florida.
StGeorge’s background includes growing brands such as AmRest Holdings SE, the largest independent restaurant operator in Central and Eastern Europe with 1,000 locations in 13 countries. His U.S. background includes working with TGI Friday’s, Beef O’Brady’s, Arby’s, Big Boy restaurants, and Boneheads Franchise LLC, which experienced triple growth during his tenure.
“Little Greek Fresh Grill is a fast casual concept that resonates with the communities where it is located,” StGeorge says. “It’s made from scratch menu items appeal to all people in a family friendly environment.”
Little Greek Fresh Grill has 28 locations in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas.
