St. Petersburg-based Little Greek Fresh Grill is forecasting continued growth in 2020 particularly in new Florida markets, says Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek president.

“Little Greek is on target for continued steady expansion,” says Vojnovic. “In 2020, we have our eye on expanding the Florida footprint on Florida’s West Coast (Bradenton, Sarasota, Tampa Bay) and East Coast (Daytona Beach, Jacksonville).”

According to Vojnovic, plans call for future expansion in the Dallas market. The Houston area is also on the radar.

During 2019, Little Greek saw growth in the Orlando area. Openings included South of Downtown Orlando (SoDo), Champions Gate, Lee Vista and Winter Park.

“Our philosophy is slow and steady growth,” Vojnovic adds. “Sometimes growing to fast can have its consequences.”

Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, currently has 44 locations in six states (Arkansas, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas.
