Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, has opened in Schaumburg, Illinois, according to Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek president.
“This is our first location in Illinois,” Vojnovic says. “We are excited about our openings.”
The franchise owner/operator is Judy Hathaway.
“We’re thrilled to be opening in Schaumburg, a dynamic community,” Hathaway says.
Little Greek Fresh Grill emphasizes fresh Greek dishes created from generations of traditional family recipes, with its chicken items among the most popular. The Quincy location will offer dine-in, take-out and catering.
“With the Greek/Mediterranean segment exploding, Schaumburg the perfect location for Little Greek,” Vojnovic adds. “All the dishes are home made.”
