Little Greek’s newest location will open in Tampa, Florida, in the food court of the Citrus Park Mall.

“WestShore Plaza was the first food court location for our company and the results made opening another an easy decision,” says Nick Vojnovic, former president of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s.

Vojnovic formed a partnership with founder, Sigrid Bratic, in April of 2011, becoming president of Little Greek Franchise Development LLC. Since then, the two have opened 11 locations: eight in the Tampa Bay area, two in Texas, and one in Little Rock, Arkansas. Citrus Park Mall will bring Little Greek to 16 locations.

An additional location is slotted to open by the end of the year in Trinity, Florida, with two more locations under negotiation.

“The Little Greek sign has been up for two weeks, and everyone is anxious for the barricade to come down. The last week in November is the ideal time of the year to open,” Vojnovic says. “Our Americanized Greek menu is perfect for holiday shoppers on the go, mall employees, and families. Serving salads, pitas, wraps, platters, and a variety of menu options for children. Additionally we are rolling out a new style of menu that reveals our vegetarian and gluten free menu items.”

Little Greek provides dine-in, take-out, and catering. The Citrus Park Mall location will be open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday though Saturday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
