Tampa-based Little Greek Fresh Grill is forecasting continued growth in 2018 including openings in the Chicago area, according to Nick Vojnovic, Little Greek president.

“Little Greek is on target for steady expansion,” says Vojnovic. “We have our eyes set on expanding into the Chicago area market, including Schaumburg and Quincy. Florida and Texas will continue to be strong growth markets. Riverview, Fla., and Frisco, Texas, are also scheduled for openings. We recently opened a location in Plano, Texas.”

Little Greek Fresh Grill, a fast-casual Greek restaurant with an American influence, is currently in six states (Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio and Texas). Little Greek’s Illinois debut is planned for 2018. The Tampa Bay and Orlando areas will also be a priority.

“We are excited to bring the fresh homemade food from Little Greek to new markets,” Vojnovic added. “We are looking to continued growth.”
