Locali, the wildly popular and rapidly growing LA-based healthy deli and convenience store, recently signed a lease for yet another corporate store in West Hollywood. The address for the new location is 8730 Santa Monica Blvd. Unit D, West Hollywood, California, and the expected opening is September. Locali also recently announced their intent to take their healthy offerings to consumers in new markets through franchising.
Locali has quickly gained popularity in Southern California for their diverse menu of healthy, but utterly delicious soups, salads, sandwiches and smoothies. Founders Greg Horos and Melissa Rosen wanted to provide a space where eating healthy is convenient and affordable for anyone. Locali strives on empowering customers to eat smart all day and make healthy dietary decisions.
“We’ve been really successful because of our passion to serve customers amazing food that also helps them live better lives through eating healthy. This is matched with a business model that is nubile and sustainable. Always trendy, but not trend dependent,” says Horos. “We can’t wait to get West Hollywood open and to expand to new areas by franchising.”
Locali has been recognized by numerous publications for their outstanding menu items including being named one of “LA’s 10 Best New Sandwiches” by Zagat. Menu items such as the “Badass Breakfast Sandwich” have grabbed the attention of customers and critics who are often shocked that it is actually all vegan.
The company is planning on opening an additional location for their vegan fast food kiosk, Localita & The Badasserie, in Highland Park in 2018.
Locali is currently looking for experienced and qualified franchise partners in the United States and has partnered with Fransmart for their expansion efforts. Fransmart is the franchise development company behind the explosive growth of brands like Five Guys Burgers and Fries and Qdoba Mexican Grill and will serve as Locali’s exclusive franchise partner.
