Luna Grill is expanding its presence in Texas with a second location in Fort Worth at The Shops at Clearfork. This will be Luna Grill’s seventh restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro and their 45th restaurant overall. Adding to the existing Forth Worth location at Presidio Crossing, Luna Grill Clearfork is slated to open on Tuesday, May 15 at 5239 Marathon Ave. The hours will be 11am to 9pm daily.
In honor of the 45th Luna Grill restaurant opening, Luna Grill Clearfork will offer a complimentary signature plate to the first 45 guests to arrive on opening day (restrictions apply). In addition, from 4pm – 9pm on opening day and every Tuesday, the new restaurant will host Kids Eat Free: guests receive a free kids meal with the purchase of an entrée (for kids 10 years old and under). Grand Opening festivities on May 15th will also include a kabob toast at 11am, an all-day raffle for a $100 Luna Grill gift card, interactive games (corn hole and prize wheel) with prizes from 11am – 7:30pm, food tastings from 11am – 2pm and 5pm – 7pm, and face painting and balloon art from 5pm – 7pm.
Founded in 2004 by Sean and Maria Pourteymour, Luna Grill serves healthy Mediterranean food that the whole family can enjoy. “We’re excited to share our fresh, wholesome food with even more ‘Lunatics’ in the Dallas-Fort Worth area,” says Luna Grill Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sean Pourteymour. “More and more consumers are looking for fast, healthy options, and we pride ourselves on serving real food crafted with care.”
Luna Grill became REAL CERTIFIED in 2015, the first non-full-service restaurant to do so in Southern California. Co-Founder and Chief Cuisine Officer Maria Pourteymour creates all of Luna Grill’s well-rounded selections, incorporating her family’s restaurant background and experience as a mom. “The Luna Grill menu is centered on natural and delicious foods without any trans fats, hydrogenated fats or soy,” says Maria Pourteymour. “We believe that when guests eat real food, they will feel good, so we strive to reduce, eliminate and avoid additives, preservatives, and other unnecessary ingredients whenever possible. We use preservative-free, all-natural poultry with no added growth hormones, as well as antibiotic-free, all-natural, free-range ground beef and lamb with no added growth hormones. We’re excited to bring our honest, fresh, and versatile dishes to more guests in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”
Luna Grill offers wholesome Mediterranean fare such as signature kabob plates, gourmet salads, fresh appetizers, including hummus and falafel, wraps, desserts, craft beer and wine in a contemporary setting. All foods, marinades and sauces are crafted with care daily. Meals are made fresh to order and served to the table with genuine cutlery and tableware. A cross between a fast casual and full-service sit-down restaurant, Luna Grill combines the best of both worlds as it continues to be a pioneer in the “Luxe Casual” category.
The 2,400-square-foot Luna Grill Clearfork includes a patio and showcases the company’s latest iteration of its interior style, called “Luna 3.0” — a blend of vintage yet modern elements designed to create a comfortable, fresh feel for the family. It will be Luna Grill’s 45th location overall, with plans to add another to The Hill Shopping Center in Dallas soon.
