Malibu Poke, a fast fine-casual poke spot with two locations in Dallas, has launched its first seasonal menu for winter. This new menu features items for those seeking seasonal (and warmer) options. New entrees and sides range from seasonal bowls, soup and noodles.

Jon Alexis, owner of Malibu Poke says, “Some people think of poke as warm weather food. But the most popular aspects of Malibu (our unique flavors, high quality ingredients and chic design) are what diners want year-round. So, we are adding some warm dishes so people can enjoy Malibu Poke all winter.”

Malibu Poke’s first seasonal bowl features flavors perfect for the chilly weather. The Coconut Curry Sweet Potato Bowl – Sweet Potato, Basil, Micro Herbs, Carrot, Smoked Almonds and Tempura Flakes tossed in a Coconut Curry Sauce.

Malibu Poke will continue to feature new bowls every season.

Other winter-inspired additions include organic, all-natural chicken which is served warm and can be made into thousands of different bowl combinations utilizing Malibu Poke’s unique self-serve kiosks. The recently debuted poke tacos and hot sides like Miso Soup, Hot Garlic Ramen Noodles and Spicy Chili Edamame are another perfect way to warm up.

All of these seasonal items are available now at both Malibu Poke locations.

Alexis adds, “We spent the first two years mastering how to serve fine-dining quality food in a quick serve environment. Now we can start playing with the fun stuff, like rotating seasonal items. Wait till you see what we have planned for next spring.”
