Marble Slab Creamery announced the nationwide roll out of a new blackberry ice cream flavor and corresponding Blackberry Crumble Tasty Creation, which features blackberry ice cream, blackberries, granola, and marshmallow topping.
“Blackberries are a popular fruit this season and are being incorporated into recipes throughout the culinary world,” says Michael Curtis, vice president of plant operations. “Because of their versatility and exotic flavor profile, the blackberries will complement Marble Slab’s gourmet ice cream.”
