The Saxton Group, the largest McAlister’s Deli franchisee, continues their DFW Expansion with three new locations set to open in the first half of 2017. The new restaurants will be located in: Lewisville, Cedar Hill, and the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas.

The three locations will add to the 24 locations already open in DFW, making the metroplex the country’s largest market for the nearly 400-unit fast casual chain.

“We have such a strong following in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Our guests love the brand, know the brand and even introduce it to those who do not,” says Chief Business Officer of The Saxton Group, Adam Saxton.

McAlister’s Deli Lewisville will be in the Shops at Vista Ridge at Round Grove Road and MacArthur Boulevard. The Cedar Hill restaurant is located on the newly developed Home Depot outparcel on FM 1382. The Lake Highland McAlister’s will be located within Timber Creek Crossing at Northwest Highway and Skillman. Fort Worth commercial real estate firm The Woodmont Company represented the tenant on all three locations.

The new restaurants will put The Saxton Group at over 70 existing McAlister’s Deli locations. Through the three new locations, The Saxton Group will employ over 150 new team members and managers.

As with all McAlister’s Deli locations, the Lewisville, Cedar Hill and Lake Highlands restaurants will provide customers with a fast casual dining experience and personalized service. Each store will offer a menu featuring over 100 items including: sandwiches, giant spuds, entrée salads, soups, sweets and McAlister’s Famous Sweet Tea. In addition to serving dine-in guests, the new locations will have online ordering and a full catering menu.
